This job provides library customer service as well as front line technical support for the ENC community's computer needs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Front line technical support for students, faculty and staff
- Assist library patrons
- Direct students to proper library staff for questions
- Manage circulation and delivery of Audio Visual equipment
- Use cash register to collect payments for printing and fines
- Keep desk and computers tidy
- Be aware of people coming in and out of building
- Monitor study room usage; lock when students' leave
- Aid in managing Nease Mac Computer lab during daytime hours: fill printer, aid students in times of crisis, etc.
